Most popular home - the sunshine island
Plan E 15-153.1
What sort of living environment would make a young family feel at home? How big should children's bedrooms be, where will the family congregate, how much private space do we need? When designing the show home in Oberstetten, the Schwörer architects opted for an open floor plan on the ground floor and individually accessed rooms on the first floor. This sunshine island house conceals a modern living concept for young families. Its main features are plenty of space and light, and very low energy consumption. The layout, size and arrangement of rooms are designed to be particularly family friendly. The sunshine island functions as the hub of the whole house.
